Town of Mamaroneck Police Officers Frank Commrade and Mill Lau were recognized by the Westchester Regional EMS Council for their lifesaving efforts of a town resident that was in cardiac arrest back in November 2016. Officers Commrade and Lau arrived at the scene and discovered the resident unresponsive and without a pulse. The officers performed CPR, rescue breathing and deployed a defibrillator. Along with the assistance of the Town of Mamaroneck Fire Department and Mamaroneck Village EMS the resident was able to regain her breathing and pulse at the scene, Pictured are PO Commrade and PO Lau at TMPD Headquarters with their Lifesaving Awards.
