On Friday, April 24, 2020 Governor Andrew Cuomo issued a executive order (No. 202.23) that will send postage-paid absentee ballot applications to all voters for the June 23, 2020 primary and special election.

Please remember, this is a two-step process. Your request for an absentee ballot must be sent to the Board of Election, who will then mail you a ballot.

The New York State (NYS) Board of Elections is responsible for the administration and enforcement of all laws relating to elections in New York State.
