Senior Programs & Services
The Senior Center operates under the auspices of the Town of Mamaroneck Community Services Office. It is located at 1288 Boston Post Road Larchmont, NY 10538 (VFW David Potts Jr. Post #1156). Our senior center is dedicated to providing a wide variety of social, educational and recreational programs to meet the needs of aging adults in our community. The center is open year-round, Monday- Friday and is available to adults 55 years and older.
A wide variety of recreational, social and educational activities are available at the Senior Center including movies and discussion groups, exercise and dance classes, board and card games, parties, and celebrations for residents age 55 and older. Special events held annually include a summer barbecue and the Senior Citizen Prom hosted by the Mamaroneck High School Service Club.
The Town of Mamaroneck Senior Center allows residents as well as non-residents to become members of our center. Those residing in the Town of Mamaroneck, Village of Larchmont & Village of Mamaroneck are considered residents. There is a required annual membership fee of $35 per person for residents and $50 for non-residents. Annual membership at the senior center runs from January 1st- December 31st. Most activities are free with membership or have a nominal charge. Some programs, trips and special events have a fee for participants. If you are interested in joining, please complete the Senior Center Registration Form and return it to the Senior Center with your payment.

Senior Nutrition Program
The Senior Center is also home to the Senior Nutrition Program which provides a hot lunch weekdays at noon. Reservations are required and must be made at least one day in advance by calling the Senior Center at (914) 834-8840 between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. The cost of the meal is $4.85 per and the minimum suggested contribution is $3 per meal. Participants under the age of 60 must pay the full cost of the meal.
Meals on Wheels Program
The Meals on Wheels program is offered through the Community Services Office located at Town Hall. It is available for home-bound residents age 60 and older, including those who are temporarily limited from activity due to an illness or accident.
